Eden Springs Shiraz 1999

This single-vineyard shiraz is an example of our philosophy of growing high-quality grapes and making premium wine from the best of the fruit, with the help of the best winemakers we can find. We produce very limited quantities and strive to foster goodwill through the enjoyment of wines which bear the Eden Springs label. High Eden, home to Eden Springs and this unique wine, is a sub-region of the Eden Valley, in South Australias Barossa Zone. It is a cool-climate, high-altitude wine-producing area with low-yielding contoured vineyards winding around steep, misty hillsides. We hope you will share in the special qualities of our vineyard as you enjoy this premium shiraz. This premium shiraz has spent 12 months in American oak hogsheads and has the potential to benefit from up to 10 years of careful cellaring. Only 365 cases were produced.
