The 1997 Pinot Noir is consistent with our past Pinots--full-bodied, classic cherry and berry fruit flavors, aromas of toasted oak and violet, and hints of vanilla and toasted oak. We continued our tradition of combining whole cluster fermentation along with traditional methods--bringing forth fresh berry fruit flavors.
