The 14 Hands Cabernet Sauvignon features aromas of blueberries
and black currants with subtle hints of dried herbs and spice.
Dark stone fruit flavors are complemented by a touch of cocoa
and accentuated by fine, velvety tannins.
Pair with tomato-basil bruschetta, eggplant parmesan, herb crusted prime rib, grilled beef steak, hearty venison stew.
Fantastic value. The nose is excellent with a mix of wet leather, barn straw, and cabbage. I think the producer calls is dried herbs and spice, but whatever. The palate is just as good with the nose carrying over onto the palate. Yes, it tastes like it smells. Add some fruit. The finish isn't that long, but I don't care. I will buy more.
