Café de Paris is a refreshing wine with a strong personality. A delicious thirst-quenching wine made of natural delicate bubbles, and elegant color. A beautiful dress with shades of rose petals dressed with a string of fine and abundant bubbles. A fine and light nose with aromas of red fruits (strawberry, raspberry) and sweet pears. Fresh and thirst-quenching, with delicious notes of red berries and a nice roundness.
Serve well chilled, for example as an aperitif with Provençal olives, marinated beans and crispy biscuits.

Sun-warmed raspberry suffuses this blend of Colombard, Gamay, and Chardonnay, mingling on the nose with red apple, watermelon, and a dab of white pepper before descending on the bright, fleshy palate, where it's joined by notes of pink grapefruit, lime, and rose.
Situated 14 miles from Bordeaux on the backs of the Dordogne, Cafe de Paris factory is built on 6 hectares of land. A 3-hecatre plateau overlooks the site, commanding a magnificent view of the region and the famous Eiffel bridge. Underneath this plateau, 2 miles of cellar run through the historic stone quarry.

Appreciated worldwide as an iconic token of celebration and luxury, sparkling wines from France come in more forms than just Champagne. In order to bear the label, ‘Champagne’, a sparkling wine must originate from the northeastern region of France—called Champagne—and adhere to strict quality standards. Champagne’s chalky, limestone and soils and cold, continental climate create grapes with ample acidity and concentration. Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier are permitted for use in Champagne.
French sparkling wines made outside of Champagne take the name Crémant. Crémant de Bourgogne, Alsace, Loire and Limoux are the best known. These are made using the same technique as that of Champagne, called méthode traditionelle, but typically are composed of the regional grape variety. Usually dry to off-dry with bright acidity, these are often characterized by qualities of lemon, peach, marzipan and white flowers.
