The wine industry is required by law to get an adult signature at the time of delivery and Wine.com's shipping options help ensure a delivery can be completed on the first attempt. The company also introduced the Wine.com Steward-Ship™ Program offering frequent buyers one year of free delivery on every order, regardless of size, for just $49. Additionally, many customers will receive their orders the next day or in two days, at no additional charge due to the proximity of Wine.com's wine warehouses across the country.

Custom Shipping Options

Wine.com customers now have the option to choose specific delivery times. The date-specific option gives customers the ability to choose a delivery day that's most convenient for them, including Saturdays. This option is also great for gift giving when you want the gift to arrive on the recipient's special day. Date-specific delivery is usually the same price as standard shipping with only a few exceptions.

The evening delivery option means a customer's shipment will arrive between 5 and 8 p.m. and is available for an additional charge of $7. The by appointment shipping option is available for an additional $15 and the time of delivery is scheduled directly with the shipment carrier.

The Wine.com Steward-Ship program offers a year of unlimited shipping for just $49. There is no minimum order size and no limit on how many times a customer can use it throughout the year.
