01. Steward-Ship - What is Wine.com Steward-Ship?
Wine.com Steward-Ship is a membership program that enables customers to enjoy unlimited standard shipping for a full year for just $49. Some exclusions apply. Highlights of our Steward-Ship program include:
- Unlimited Standard Shipping
Use for purchases of wine, gifts, accessories and more - No minimum purchase
Use Steward-Ship to buy as much or as little as you want, as often as you want - Valid for a full year
Your membership is valid for a full year from date of purchase - Automatically applied to your order (must be signed in)
Your Steward-Ship shipping discount will be automatically applied to your order when you are signed into the account that you used to purchase your Steward-Ship membership
02. Steward-Ship - How do I sign up for Steward-Ship?
To become a Steward-Ship member, visit www.wine.com/stewardship and click on the "add to cart" button. Your benefits will apply immediately after your purchase.
03. Steward-Ship - How is the discount applied?
You must be signed into the account that you used to purchase your Steward-Ship membership. Once you are signed in, your shipping discount will be automatically applied in the Shopping Cart. If you are not signed in when you reach the Shopping Cart, your shipping discount will appear at the Confirm Order stage of checkout.
04. Steward-Ship - Are there items I can't purchase using Steward-Ship?
Steward-Ship benefits apply to standard shipping on almost all items listed on the wine.com site. Some items are excluded, such as wine club shipments, wine cellar purchases and other select products.
05. Steward-Ship - How do I use Steward-Ship with other shipping options and promotions?
The Steward-Ship discount is valid on Standard Shipping rates.
Using the Steward-Ship discount with other shipping options: Date-specific, evening, by appointment and expedited shipments will receive a credit for the cost of standard shipping. Also, in cases of extreme weather where only expedited shipping is available, you will receive a credit for the cost of standard shipping.
Using the Steward-Ship discount with promotion codes: The Steward-Ship program can be combined with one non-shipping promotion code. Only one promotion code can be used per order. Please check the details of the promotion code for all terms, restrictions, and requirements. The Steward-Ship program cannot be used with any other shipping discounts.
06. Steward-Ship - Can I use Steward-Ship for wine club shipments?
No, the Steward-Ship shipping discount does not apply to wine club shipments.
07. Steward-Ship - Can I use Steward-Ship for re-ships?
If an order did not reach you or the intended recipient and was returned to Wine.com, as a Steward-Ship member we will cover the cost of standard shipping to have your order re-shipped. Re-ship requests that require date-specific, evening, by appointment or expedited shipments will receive a credit for the cost of standard shipping but will charge any additional shipping costs required.
08. Steward-Ship - Can I use Steward-Ship to return an order?
The Steward-Ship discount is only applicable to shipments from our warehouse to your specified address. Any items that are returned to Wine.com for a non-quality reason, will be refunded less the required shipping and handling necessary to return the product to our warehouse.
09. Steward-Ship - Can I use Steward-Ship to send business gifts?
Steward-Ship is valid for corporate orders with a value of more than $75.00 per recipient, but generally cannot be combined with other discounts. Some exclusions may apply. To contact our Business Gift Services Team:

10. Steward-Ship - How do I send Steward-Ship as a gift?
Steward-Ship cannot be given as a gift because it is tied to the wine.com account of the person purchasing it. Instead, we recommend a gift certificate.
11. Steward-Ship - How does the automatic renewal occur?
Your Steward-Ship membership automatically renews each year.
You can choose not to renew or update your payment method by contacting Customer Service at 1-800-592-5870.
You will be notified via email before your plan is renewed, however we cannot be held responsible if your renewal email does not reach you.

Promotional Trial MembershipsWe sometimes offer certain customers various trial or other promotional memberships, which are subject to these Terms except as otherwise stated in the promotional offers. Trial memberships cannot be canceled, but trial members can at any time choose not to upgrade to regular annual membership at the end of the trial period.
