12 years in bourbon barrels, then finished in Bordeaux red wine casks for a unique marriage of France and Islay.
Color: Polished teak.
Body: Medium-weighted. Smoky, sweet and succulent.
Nose: A complex and compelling range of aromas -- apricots, honeydew melon, claret, sea spray and peat fires.
Palate: Claret flavors first, then peat, dark chocolate, licorice, peach, Caribbean brown sugar and tangerine.
Finish: Very long, succulent and smoky. Sweet.
