• Victoria: Yalumba Museum Reserve Muscat (375ML half-bottle)
  Made from the red and pink clones of the Muscat, a petite grains grape variety, this luscious dessert wine displays all the characteristics of this classic Australian wine style. The color is a deep tawny red, and the bouquet exhibits classic rose petal and orange rind of the Muscat grape. Richly flavored, reminiscent of raisined fruits, nuts and spices.

• Coonawarra: Jim Barry Cover Drive Cabernet Sauvignon
  This wine has a dense purple ruby color with a mulberry hue. The aromas are both opulent and intense with blackcurrant, violets, rosemary and cedar playing a central role. The palate is awash with flavors of boysenberry, cassis, star anise and menthol. The structural tannins are supple and fine grained

• Eden Valley: Pewsey Vale Eden Valley Riesling
  Pewsey Vale Riesling is a rich and intensely flavored wine. Classic fruit aromas on the nose with talcum, crushed stone and limes and a hint of dried herbs. The palate shows great length and depth with lemon and limes. The wine finishes with a soft but fresh natural acidity which balances the flavor intensity and a minerality that will reward medium to long-term cellaring.

• King Valley: Redbank Fighting Flat Shiraz
  This deep red wine delivers aromas which are rich, bright and fresh, chock full of spicy berry fruits with hints of earthiness and cedary oak. A medium to full bodied wine with currants and plums in a fresh structured palate that finishes leaner with fine grainy tannins.

• Margaret River: Ringbolt Cabernet Sauvignon
  Ringbolt Cabernet Sauvignon is deep crimson red in color. The nose is complex with ripe blackcurrant cassis and red cherry fruit anchored by attractive base notes of oak, earthiness and a wisp of woodsmoke.

• Tasmania: Jansz Premium Rose
  Specially selected and crafted individual batches from cool climate locations in Tasmania, form this wine. All batches are kept separate during winemaking to maximize blending options and the complexity of the final wines. The wine then goes through secondary fermentation in bottles and is aged on yeast lees for added complexity.
