Robert Parker's Wine Advocate
The estate’s 2004 Sangiovese di Romagna Superiore Torre di Ceparano is a drop-dead gorgeous wine of notable pedigree. Still incredibly primary, it reveals plenty of dark fruit layered with notes of toasted oak, mint, smoke and tar in a remarkably complete, harmonious style. Simply put, this is a gem from proprietor Cristina Giminiani and is not to be missed.
