We offer two ways to locate information:
60% Mourvedre, 22% Grenache, 18% Shiraz. This wine is medium depth crimson in colour with a nose of sweet and silken dark cherries and raspberry aromas, followed by a very rustic touch of smoke, leather and raisins. The palate suggests a generous, supple wine with malty chocolatey flavors merging with sweet black cherry fruits, finishing with fine tannins. Aged 10 months in 2 & 3 year old French oak Hogsheads.

"Dark red. Blackberry, boysenberry and smoked meat on the nose, with a suave undercurrent of vanilla and cola. Broad and fleshy, with good palate-staining intensity to the dark berry compote and gently smoky oak spices. Supple, seductive and open-knit, with very good finishing cling."
