Soft and full flavoured, it shows an intense
nose of raspberry, licorice and gamey
characters, with a hint of earthiness. The rich,
sexy palate is full of berries and spice,
perfectly balanced by tannins that echo
finishing flavours of raspberries and black
pepper. This wine will continue to develop
with a further 3-5 years of cellaring.
