Yalumba has, for more than 150 years, been a vital part of the Barossa, making wines that reflect the best of the region. This wine is no exception. Made from Barossa Shiraz grown on 30-50 year old vines, it is a wine of concentrated flavour and aroma. Aromas of ripe, sweet berry fruit, aniseed and cloves are supported by smoky vanillin oak. The palate features intense plum, berry and licorice characters finishing with long, grainy tannins.
