The Wolf Blass red wines are distinctive for their ripe fruit flavours and careful oak maturation. The Yellow Label is a deep red colour with aromas of plum and berry. On the palate there are subtle mint and licorice flavours, with a soft mouth feel. Complementary oak characters give this wine great structure and balance.
Ideal with roasted meats and vegetables.

Pleasant, fruity and medium bodied, this wine, like others in the Yellow Label line seems like a white wine in disguise. The 'ready-to-drink' fad is producing some low tannin wines, but it begs the question: What are we really drinking?

I returned from a Caribbean cruise just last night and I went directly to wine.com to look for Wolf Blass Yellow Label. I had it with dinner on board and I absolutely loved it. A truly wonderful wine in all respects. Australia has another winner. I very highly recommend it.

Dollar for dollar you can not beat the Wolf Blass Yellow Label. Compare it to Cab Savs twice its price and I'll wager this one wins. Great taste for $12 - you can't go wrong.
