The Wolf Blass red wines are distinctive for their ripe fruit flavours and careful oak maturation. The Yellow Label is a deep red colour with aromas of plum and berry. On the palate there are subtle mint and licorice flavours, with a soft mouth feel. Complementary oak characters give this wine great structure and balance.
Ideal with roasted meats and vegetables.

I have found the Wolf Bass yellow lable Cabaranet Sauvignon to be an excellent tipple to all variations of the meal. A beautiful full body yet delicate to the taste. I intend buying a few dozen crates but would like to know how long this will keep!
