The nose shows integrated aromas of oak, mint, and fruit characters. The wine is soft and round, with a lingering finish in a easily drinkable style for Australian Cabernet.

I first tasted this wine while in St. Thomas.
I had asked for my usual .. a good Merlot, when
Patti, the bartender at Bluebeard's Castle said
she had a Cab I would enjoy more .. and she was
right! It was perfect with food or to sip while
we watched the cruise ships depart across the bay ..
happy to be enjoying a wonderful glass of wine in
our little spot in paradise. I enjoyed quite a few
glasses during our stay!
