At a time when everyone seems to be producing "Monster Zinfandel," Wild Horse is pleased to offer a wine that actually complements your meal rather than dominating it. Sometimes referred to as claret in style, our Zinfandels offer up textbook raspberry/sage notes and a pleasing finish with good acidity, making it an ideal accompaniment to a wide variety of foods.

This is really a great wine. Indeed it is not a "monster zin" but that seemed to be a good way to go with this one. Medium bodied but a fine flavor structure.

This wine had a very subtle taste to it. I would recommend pairing it up with an herb and garlic marinated baked chicken breast. Very good addition for any wine collection.
