Our Central Coast Chardonnay is a multi-dimensional wine displaying the attributes of our diverse vineyards. The wine displays aromas of ripe apple and pear, mace and barrel toast. Rich flavors of pome fruits, citrus and spice are held up by a pleasant, creamy mouthfeel and a long, persistent mineral finish.
SUGGESTED FOOD PAIRINGS: Our Central Coast Chardonnay is a versatile wine that pairs well with a range of food styles. The bright acidity of this wine works well with seafood, shellfish and creamy sauces, as well as meals of roasted or grilled chicken and pork.

This is the most delicious white wine I have ever tasted and it doesnt stop pleasing me whether I have it before my lunch of cracked crab or chicken in sauce or after I start eating-- which definitely enhances the flavor.
The winery's description is right on--the mineral finish is absolutely incredible.
When I look forward to coming home for lunch, it is as good as looking forward to a hot fudge sunday--it is THAT delicious!
