92% Cabernet Sauvignon, 4% Malbec, 4% Petit Verdot. The 2007 vintage is a big, ripe cabernet sauvignon. It balances the deep flavors of cassis, blackberry and raspberry with the chewy, ripe tannins and sweet toasty oak. The Malbec and Petit Verdot were added to the blend for complexity and flavor nuances. This is a wine to enjoy through 2022.
