Winemaker's Notes

Color: Light to medium straw/yellow.

Nose: Citrus notes with a touch of peach and melon.

Palate: The palate is bursting with grapefruit flavor, so typical of Great Southern Chardonnay. A slight touch of peach and melon appears on the mid palate and the finish is beautifully integrated with subtle oak.

Aging: Wonderful drinking now, with a good cellaring potential of four years

Critical Acclaim

"Complex aromas of cool-climate chardonnay and barrel ferment inputs; an intense palate with focus and line, fruit to the fore, but with above-average complexity."
