Riva Ranch Chardonnay exhibits the lush tropical flavors characteristic of great Central Coast Chardonnays. Barrel fermentation and aging in American oak has married delicious pineapple and guava flavors with the buttery, toasty taste of new oak, and the rich, mouth filling character derived from 10 months on the lees. The result is a Chardonnay with tremendous depth and personality.

This is a really nice, full bodied, consistent chardonnay. It is not over powering. It is buttery, "toasted" with even head, body and tail.
