winemaker's notes:
"Pale yellow. Captivating, pungent aromas of lemon, lime, white grapefruit, fresh herbs and talc. At once dense and brisk, with some CO2 and a minty component adding to the impression of lift. Bright, bracing sauvignon blanc, a bit lean toward the back but finishing with very good length. Made without oak, but Arnold stirred the lees in tank for several months. (A second bottle tasted this winter showed riper aromas of apricot and sweet nuts, as well as a leesy quality, and seemed a bit softer in the middle palate but equally deep and long.)"
-International Wine Cellar
Fresh kiwi fruit and herbaceous bouquet with an underlying yeastiness. Passion fruit flavours with refreshing acidity. Full, rich mouthfeel and a long, complex finish.
