Only the darkest, most extracted lots from our estate vineyards
are used in making this wine. Deep garnet in color, this supple
treat displays aromas of black cherry candy, cola, and cedar.
Flavors of vanilla and sarsaparilla are interwoven with notes
white pepper and cassis. The 2006 Estate is dense and brooding
with a luscious, slightly sweet finish that lingers on.
Especially tasty with 5-10 years of age, it's a great pairing
for duck or steak
