winemaker's notes:
"There's a simple elegance in the grape-based aroma of fresh lime, then the wine is a clean gloss on melon and gooseberry flavor. it finishes tart, a spritz of lime zest for fatty tuna sashimi."
-Wines & Spirits
Lifted ripe guava, passionfruit and tropical aromas. The palate is lively and refreshingly balanced, punching with fruit intensity and lingering crispness. Enjoy chilled with fresh seafood and shellfish – particularly whitebait and prawns with a fresh baby spinach salad.

Fantastic wine, don't be fooled by the screw cap. Check out these other NZ wines: Spy Valley's Pinot Noir, the selection at Fromm, and the 2003 Pinot Gris from Mt. Difficulty.

This is one of the best Sauvignon Blanc wines I have ever tasted. Great hints of passion fruit and guava. A very good value. I buy it by the case whenever I can.

One of my favorite wines to keep in the house and bring to parties as it's very drinkable and the screw cap makes it easy to store. Great value, too!
