Nice choice to serve when you don't know if your guests prefer sweet or dry. Was delicious after dinner with a bit of chocholate. (Didn't have any strawberries handy, and prefer drinking campagne AFTER dinner rather than before.)

The first real Champagne I have had that was worth the price. I am usually a fan of higher end California sparkling, etc., but this went the extra mile (or extra kilometer).

I love it! It's so drinkable, I usualy polish off a bottle while doing the laundry. If I didn't think I'd drink it in a week, I'd buy it by the case!

I was convinced to buy Demi-Sec over the Yellow label Veuve Clicquot by a wine expert at a grocery store. The yellow label had been a long time favorite of my girlfriend that I planed on sharing the bottle with. We were both immensely pleased with the wine’s qualities. The Demi-Sec had intense bubbles that persisted all the way to the back of the tongue. Although most reviews of the wine suggest it as a desert wine, we both thought it paired well with our shrimp and swordfish meals. This was one of the most enjoyable wines I’ve ever had.
