"Pale yellow. Pungent aromas of lemon, pineapple and grapefruit zest, tarragon and anise. Supple and intense, with a captivating hint of sweetness to its brisk flavors of citrus peel, fresh herbs and green pepper. A bit hardened today by CO2 but this is ultimately a generous wine. Nicely perfumed in the middle and on the echoing aftertaste, which offers a tangy dusty quality, hints of minerals and underripe pineapple, and very good grip. I like this vibrant style."
