winemaker's notes:

Aromas of strawberry jam and blackberry bramble with hints of vanilla caramel. Complex plum and berry flavors are enhanced by black pepper and light toasty oak. The finish is lush; full of soft tannins and balanced acidity.

This versatile Zinfandel is especially suited to Mediterranean and spicy ethnic dishes as well as barbecued meats and hearty pastas.

Great with pasta. Food organizes the attack on your palet and then you and sort thru the cornicopia of profound fruit tastes you will enjoy.
