Exploding with loads of small bubbles, the bouquet is full of ripe peach, apple cider, menthol, guava, persimmon, bubblegum and spearmint.

The entry is light but the texture builds as the wine sits across the palate, the sweetness makes an early impact and then is followed by lovely and pristine fruits of melon, grapefruit and cider.
