Color: Golden.
Aroma: An intensely perfumed nose of star
jasmine, sweet musk and glace fruits.
At first, a rush of tropical fruits and a
hint of sweet spice, these give way to
dense stone fruit characters.
Palate: The mouthfeel is velvety then finishes
like cool tea; with refreshing acidity
and persistence.
Food suggestions: Traditionally this style of wine is a classic match to foie gras or
Roquefort cheese.
