Oakville Cabernet at its sumptuous best: managing to be both rich with black-fruit concentration and alive with the clarity and freshness of cherry and foresty fresh cedar. What’s not to like? The best vintages have that remarkable ability to satisfy with sweet unctuous flavor and refresh with impeccable balance. This one’s all that.

Check out this hot new release and Spectator Selection! From the fantastic 1999 vintage, it bursts with ripe, voluptuous blackberry, dark cherry, and plum fruit. But this isn’t all up-front fruit. There’s nice complexity as well, with layered flavors of anise, tobacco leaf, and cloves. An elegant and large-scale effort from Turnbull’s Oakville vineyards.
