Juvenile, as always, is a blend of young vines from our many old vine vineyards; "young" being a relative term, qualified by the 100+ year old vines they border. We tag, pick, and ferment these wines separately. High toned and racy, the Juvenile showcases the best aspects of young-vine Zinfandel fruit. The 2010 is super dry, with great power & potential. Red fruits and spices such as peppercorn dominate, especially in the finish.
