The Trimbach style of wine is one of finesse, elegance, and superb concentration, preserving the vibrant natural acidity and characteristic fruit flavors of the individual varietal as well as the aging potential of great wine. Excellent with all fish but especially salmon, Pinot Gris is also a superb accompaniment to chicken, veal, foie gras and mild cheese.

Appearance-High color intensity-pronounced lemon yellow.
Nose-Floral, honey, canteloupe, very ripe honeydew.
Plaette-Citrus, good acid, comlex taste of ripe grapes, honey, nutty, mango, cheesy.
Complete package.
