Dry yet succulent, of phenomenal complexity, this wine develops an extra-ordinary aftertaste of minerals after a few years in bottle. Of great longevity and very rare (production rarely exceeds 7000 bottles), Clos Sainte Hune takes at least seven years to reach its peak.
