The 2004 Treana Red displays well integrated tannins that lend structure, depth and elegance to this bold wine. Up-front aromas of ripe, dark fruit and anise are followed by rich flavors of mulberry and plum. Subtle notes of tobacco, toasted oak and clean minerality complement the wine's explosive fruit character. A full, rounded mouthfeel leads to a silky, lasting finish. This wine will age beautifully over the next decade.
