winemaker's notes:
Color: From amber to old gold. Intense gold.
Bouquet: If not shaken it contains 21 degrees of alcohol. This amontillado has an infinite
spectrum of flavors; white pepper, clove, nutmeg, nuts, tobacco…. touch of vermouth,
dry leaves, morello cherries…
Palate: Rough, solvent and sharp. Starting fresh the taste evolves to warm in the end.
Gastronomy: Perfect to drink on its own or together with almonds, smoked food and
very mature cheese. A touch of AMONTILLADO is an haute cuisine secret to flavor
meat dishes.
