The 2003 Atlantic County Sparkling Pinot Noir is a collaborative effort between Frank Salek owner of Sylvin Farms and the Tomasello Family. Dr. Salek has been growing Pinot Noir in his Germania, NJ vineyard for over 25 years and the Tomasellos have been making methode champenoise sparklers since the 1940s. The result is a lovely sparkling wine made from a whole berry pressed Pinot Noir cuvee. The salmon color and distinctive varietal character result in a lovely wine. Finished with a Brut dosage.
