Just lush in general. This Shiraz would definately benefit from an additional 2-3 years of cellaring. After first taste I let it decanter for a little over an hour. Make sure you do the same as the wine completely opens up. On the nose I got some oak, clove and black cherry. On the palette it tasted mostly of plum and had such a nice jammy texture. Legs were pretty firm. I have got to say I just loved this wine. Get yourself a bottle. PS. Don't buy on a date. Definately stains your teeth!
My least favorite Shiraz. Not sure if it's the vintage or if it's usual with this vineyard, but it was bitter like grape skins.
This is one of the most uniquely tasting full bodied wines I've ever tried among hundreds. I personally believe it's underrated. Tannins so rich it'll turn your tongue and teeth purple, so maybe not the best first date wine. This wine will impress one who truly appreciates wine without a doubt .

I tried this while away on business recently and really enjoyed it. It was velvety and smooth; berry and spicey.
It was a very good wine. I had a sirloin steak with my wine and a cheese platter. It went well with both of them. I highly recommend this wine

Tried this wine at Bel and The Dragon in Windsor, UK and was not impressed. To date, it is my least favorite Shiraz. However, I do not prefer dry/bitter after taste.
