The 2010 Cabernet Sauvignon offers aromas of red fruit, sweet spice and a touch of fresh mint. It is full and soft with layers of red currant and cassis, note of cigar box, leather and ripe black fruit. The wine finishes with finely grained tannins that add structure and length.

Very enjoyable with a meal and just for sipping to relax. Full flavor. A pleasant surprise.

Some have complained about Tilia being too harsh or biting, but I didn't find that to be true. It's easy to sip alone or with steaks, burgers, pot roast, pork chops, and flavorful fish such as salmon or blackened catfish. I liked it well enough to place a repeat order, but I selected the 2011 vintage. It's just as good.

Priced for a decent every day Cab. Okay to drink alone, pair with red meats or to cook with.

This one needs to sit a while, I think - it just tastes too new. Just OK - nothing special. I keep seeing rave reviews of this wine but, I thought it was just OK...

Tilia Cabernet is a standard in our wine collection at home. I find that it is as perfect with a simple selection of cheese and meats as it is with steak au poivre.

We love this wine. A Cab from Argentina? One may think Argentina is all about Malbecs but this Cab is terrific -- bold, rich red color, good legs. Wonderful value. This is our fourth order; we keep coming back for more.
