winemaker's notes:

The wine features aromas of citrus, apple & pear, as well as nuances of oak, which can be attributed to barrel fermentation. A characteristic of all the wines are the viscious, creamy, mouth feel attributed to aging the wine on its lee. These aromas and flavors can be picked out individually but are well integrated into the wine.
