I had this wine at a restaurant in Austin, TX and couldn't quit thinking about it, so I bought a case and counted the days until it arrived. Once it was opened I couldn't have been happier. This Shiraz was everything I remembered...it pours a shade north of black and the flavors continued to improve as it opened up. It actually tasted better the next evening once it opened up fully. Very please, will be purchasing again.
