Excellent wine!!! We dined at a new restaurant called Pampas this week. They suggested we try this wine with our meal. Aroma and flavor of this wine combined with the wood cooked steaks (Pampas is an Argentina sytle restaurant) was a perfect match. The Malbec has a fuller, more rounded body that a Merlot with a hint of pepper and spices on the tounge. I've tasted many wines with a higher rating that didn't come close to this wine in taste and complexity. Certainly worth a try.

This is one of the best deals you can get when talking about Argentine Malbec.
Sure there are more complex Argentine malbecs, but surely not for this price!
Guaranteed! One of the best Malbecs. Red and some black fruits combined with the soft vanilla taste from the oak ageing.
Although it is not stated in the site, this wine got 86 points in the July 2001 Wine Spectator.
From Mendoza, a Malbec fan.
