The warm growing season fully ripened the Cabernet to express the rich dark fruit and spice characters that give this wine its unique qualities. This pure clone 7 Cabernet selection was aged in French oak barrels for 22 months with 40% new barrels.
Aromas: Concentrated cassis, anise, and black jam fruit with mint, cocoa and earthy caramel.
Mouth: Intensely focused black fruit with bright, yet dark and rich tannins balance with toasty oak, cocoa and coffee bean.
