At Terre Nere vinification is simple, classic, and Burgundian in technique. The color of this wine is ruby red. On the nose is slightly balsamic red fruit. The flavor is harmonic, has good structure, and is elegant.
Pairs perfectly with white and red meat dishes, vegetables, medium aged cheese.

I was expecting a lot after reading the reviews and this wine did NOT disappoint. This is a wonderful wine and reasonably priced. Full of floral and herbal noted on the nose and in the mouth but lots of fresh red fruit as well. The tannins are prominent but refined resulting in a long and savory finish. Can see the comparisons to Burgundy and Nebbiolo.

Style:Earthy & Spicy
