Taylor Fladgate Quinta de Vargellas 1986

Taylor, Fladgate Quinta de Vargellas reflects the classic Taylor style in a port that is slightly lighter in body and concentration and somewhat quicker to mature than vintage port. Otherwise identical in its palatal characteristics to a declared wine, it is rich, mellow and exceptionally full-bodied, with flavors of black fruit, coffee and walnuts, and the unmistakable Taylor backbone. Superb on its own, it is also enjoyable with the traditional accompaniments of stilton cheese and nuts.
