  This sparkling wine is clean and pleasantly fruity, with whiffs of rennet apples and peach blossoms. It has a delicate, balanced taste.

• Mazzoni Tuscan Rosso:
  The Sangiovese provides a firm backbone and substantial body in this Tuscan, while the Merlot brings a luscious mouthfeel and lingering finish. It as a strong ruby red color and an intense bouquet of ripe dark berries.

• Torresella Nero d'Avola:
  Very intense, this Nero d'Avola displays red and black berry fruit, spices, aromatic herbs and balsam. It is fresh and soft-textured with outstanding body.
