Winemaker's Notes

Every year the Tangley Oaks winemaker selects the single lot that has developed into the truest example of the esteemed Napa Valley and typicity of the Merlot grape. This Napa Valley Merlot is well balanced, showing its terroir as the aromas and flavor profile unfold.

This Merlot exhibits red berry and plum flavors along with notes of espresso and cassis. With firm tannins and a lingering finish, the wine will pair well with grilled meats and game.
