Framed by a light lemony acidity and vibrant minerality, this Pinot Gris was made in the traditional dry style of northern Italy. It is surprisingly full-bodied, with concentrated flavors of peach, ginger and tropical fruit, with a hint of a pine-resin character. A great wine on its own, tangent pinot gris pairs well with a wide range of foods including seafood, pasta with light sauces, even grilled sausages.
"There's no oak on this delightfully dry wine, although you'd never know it from the rich streak of vanilla and smoky butter that accompanies the orange, apricot, lime and honey flavors. It’s a brilliant success, bright and zesty in acidity, and one of the most satisfying Pinot Gris on the market."
"Bright, racy and minerally with pure acidity and lively citrus fruit; bracing and agile with focus and purity, long and charming."
