Our 2007 SV Estate Pinot Noir comes from a selection of our favorite vineyard blocks and barrels in the cellar. The wine is carefully blended from these individual lots to articulate the 2007 vintage.
Aromas of toasted oak, spices, and vanilla lead into bright red fruits of Bing cherries and wild strawberries. The palate is complex and balanced, layering red fruits with earth, bright acidity and medium tannins.
"Supple and inviting, generous with its dark berry, coffee and black pepper flavors, riding easily over polished tannins on the long, expressive finish."
"Stoller's 2007 Pinot Noir SV Estate is medium ruby-colored with an enticing bouquet of toast, spice box, floral notes, cherry and raspberry. Smooth-textured, savory, and intense, this nicely balanced, lengthy effort will evolve for 1-2 years and offer prime drinking from 2011 to 2019."
