The 2000 Sauvignon Blanc exhibits brillant sparkling pale yellows dispersed by glancing streaks of green. Vibrant aromas leap from the glass illustating notes of fresh lime, citrus and grapefruit. Similar flavors follow with a green lime dominance, a rich middle and crispness that follows through to a terrific grapefruit finish. Enjoy!

May 29th 2002. @ the Bluebird, Kings Road, London. A simply wonderful wine, fab, fresh and fruity. Napa Valley wines a little more expensive in England but well worth it. Made for a very happy birthday :~)

The 1st time I had this wine I was on Little Palm Island off of Key West. I was out to dinner w/ a group of great friends. This wine was the perfect compliment to a wonderful evening. It is light and crisp. It is so inexpensive but SOOOO good. Cheers.
