The wine is fruit-driven in style, with complexity from lees aging for several months in stainless steel tanks before bottling. This wine is a classic Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc with intense flavors and crisp acid in a dry style.
Color: Pale straw
Bouquet: Passion fruit and ripe melon. Some underlying herbal notes and hints of mineral/flint.
Palate: The brightness of pure fruit flavors shines through on the palate. Lees aging of the vineyard parcels provides weight and interest, as well as balance to this wine.
