Riesling grapes are carefully selected from the best vines in the Spy Valley Marlborough vineyard, gently pressed and fermented in stainless steel tanks to give intense floral and citrus characters. The wine is fruit-driven in style, elegant and delicate. The bouquet is citrus predominant, with underlying florals and green apple. The palate is fine and elegant, with a zesty dry finish. Juicy fruit flavours of lemon, lime and freshly picked apple.
